Sorry for the frustrating experience. We're excited to have you in our community soon.

Most times, when a payment doesn't go through it's for one of two reasons:

  1. The user (YOU) entered the wrong info or
  2. Your bank rejected the transaction, often because our business is in another country.

We use Stripe - the leader in online payment processing. Their service is known for its ease of use and few transactions being rejected (like what you experienced).

Let's look into these two, most likely scenarios:

1. You Entered The Wrong Info

I know... I know... you entered the correct information. But did you really?

We have seen it time and time again where a user gets a transaction error from Stripe - our payment processor - claims to have entered the right information. When we look at their transaction record, we see this:

This guy, who SWORE he had the right info, didn't enter the correct CVC security code.

Double-check that you have the correct card info. It's easy to get card info mixed up. Try again on our group page:

2. Your Bank Rejected The Transaction

Every credit card company and bank has its own security rules when it comes to transactions. Sometimes a bank may look at certain details of merchant - in this case MensGroup - and may have some concerns.

These concerns ("flags") may be as benign as "merchant is in a different country".

They may reject a transaction on this basis.

What you need to do here is call your credit card and tell them that you want the MensGroup transaction - they may need our legal company name: Bloom Networking Inc - to go through.

It's a pain, but it's the only way around this.
