We only issue refunds for the following scenarios:

1. If you were double-billed.

2. If you have been charged after you have fully cancelled.

Fully cancelled meaning you sent an email request for cancellation. And it has been confirmed by one of our MensGroup staff.

But heres the thing: we hold spots in men’s groups for guys like you. We only have 13 seats in each group and so if you miss a meeting, you still have to pay for your spot.

Accordingly, we do not offer partial refunds.
