Most other men’s groups force you to commit to showing up to every single meeting. They’ll give you a hard time if you have to miss one.
We think that’s lame because life happens. We understand that some things are more important than men’s group. So we have a more casual approach to our attendance:
Try to be there to support your group mates as much as possible. If you miss a meeting, don’t stress.
We actually stack our men’s groups with more members than necessary expecting that a few guys won’t make it to each meeting. This allows us to have a good turnout even if a few guys have to pass.
Does that seem fair? Would love to hear your thoughts.
