Our meetings happen bi-weekly. Each meeting typically lasts a minimum of 2 hours. 4 hrs per month total.

That being said, the guys often keep chatting a lot longer. Some of the meetings end up lasting 3 hrs or more (it's acceptable to bail off after the 2hr mark).
