We’ve found that the best group size is 6-8 attendees. However, we know that all the guys can’t show up to all of the meetings. So we stack the deck to ensure that we have a good number of attendees.

On average we have 12 members in each of our groups for this reason. It leaves us with an average meeting of 6-8.
